The hollowing bar can be extended with this 18" segment. Each end of the bar is fitted with set screws and a 2" deep 3/4" hole which accepts either the connector to join the extension to the hollowing bar or an end handle. It is designed for large bars. Normally the standard segmented bar is 30" long with an 18" extension. But any bar can accept this longer extension. See the 14" extension as a shorter option.
The handle is extra. See end handle. There is also a side handle available.
This extension can be used as a heavy duty holder for general turning as well!! Just remove the connector and insert a cutter holder.
